It is always awesome when we get to work in our home town of Playa Langosta, Costa Rica. We know these beaches and reef like the back of our hand. Sueno Del Mar is our absolute favorite B&B in Langosta too. Double bonus! For this event, we provided x back bistro chairs, guanacaste wooden tables, gold leaf chargers, gold silverware and the clear tent.

We are so fortunate to work with amazing wedding vendors. It is through great teamwork that our events get accepted for publication in some of our favorite international wedding blogs. Junebug Weddings is one of our all time favorite blogs as they do a great job curating the images that you see in the feature. They also feature testimonial from the bride, which is always a great way to judge the overall experience of the wedding (not just the looks). This wedding featured our floral designs, Guanacaste wooden tables, handwoven Hmong hemp table runners, vintage handwoven table runners, teak benches, teak wooden boxes, teak cocktail tables, cafe lighting and hand selected driftwood for the altar and table.

Oversized Guanacaste Wooden Table

Our artesan table collection is for those looking to incorporate the beautiful hardwoods of Costa Rica into their tablescape in a dramatic way. The table tops are designed with solid Guanacaste wood which has a a neutral light brown base with acencts of blonde grain. We custom built these tables and made the dimensions slightly wider than a standard rental table to more comfortably accomodate floral decor. The tables can be set up singularly to accomodate 8-10 people or can been connected to create one long, beautiful head table.

Our benches are made from Costa Rican Teak. They work excellently as ceremony seating as well as reception seating. Each bench can comfortably accommodate 3 people for a ceremony or 2 guests for reception seating

About the Designer

Floral and event designer, Kirsten Juntunen has worked in Floral Design the majority of her life. What started as a hobby in grade school, soon turned into a passion for floral design and horticulture. Kirsten is a master at working with available product found in Costa Rica and emulating popular european floral design in texture and shape.
